What this engagement delivers

General-purpose chatbots guess about your business because they have never seen your documents. We build a retrieval-augmented assistant over the content you supply, such as policies, product manuals, support articles and contracts, with documents embedded into a vector store and retrieval tuned against a question set you approve. Every answer cites its source passage, and when the documents do not contain an answer, the assistant says so. Accuracy and refusal behaviour are measured before handover, not assumed.
