What this engagement delivers

Cron scripts can fail silently for weeks until a month-end report comes out wrong. We move your scheduled data work into Airflow, where every run is visible, failures alert the right person and a backfill is a routine action rather than a weekend project. Up to eight pipelines are included, with idempotent tasks so a failed day can be re-run safely and explicit dependencies so downstream jobs never read half-written data. Deployment is on managed Airflow or your own Kubernetes cluster, whichever suits your team.

    Pipelines are rebuilt and run in parallel with the old jobs

  4. Stage 4: Switch

    Old cron entries are disabled once parity is confirmed
