Engagements & scope

An engagement is a defined piece of technology work — for example a retrieval assistant, a CI/CD pipeline or a security test — sold with its scope, deliverables, timeline and fee published on its own page. You buy it once; there is no retainer or minimum term unless the engagement page says otherwise.

Each engagement page lists the deliverables, the process, the typical timeline, who it suits and what we need from you. If something is not listed there, assume it is not included and ask us before you buy.

Contact us before checkout and describe what you need. We will confirm whether it fits the published scope, suggest a better-suited engagement, or explain what additional work would be required.

Each additional unit repeats the same scope — for example a second environment, service or batch of work. It does not extend a single engagement beyond what its page describes.

The Tech Advisory practice offers short engagements, starting at ₹100, in which an engineer reviews your situation and gives a written recommendation. You can also describe the problem and we will point you in the right direction.

Pricing & payment

Yes. Every price shown on the site includes GST. The amount you see on the engagement page and at checkout is the amount you pay.

Checkout uses a secure UPI payment page provided by our payment gateway, so you can pay from your preferred UPI app. We do not see or store your UPI PIN or banking credentials.

Publishing a fixed fee for a defined scope lets you compare options and get approval without waiting for a proposal. The same engagement costs the same for every customer.

Payment confirmations can take a short while to arrive from the gateway. If the status does not update, contact us with your order number and the UPI transaction reference so we can reconcile it with the gateway.

Accounts & checkout

No. You can check out as a guest by entering your contact and billing details at checkout. Creating an account lets you see all your orders in one dashboard and send project briefs from there.

Yes. Add each engagement to your selection and check out once. Each engagement is still planned and delivered according to its own scope.

Use the password reset page. We will email a link to the address on your account so you can set a new password.

Briefs, tracking & delivery

You receive an order confirmation, and the order appears in your dashboard if you have an account. From the order page you can send a project brief with your goals, constraints and access details so the work can be planned.

Sign in, open the order in your dashboard and complete the brief section. It is saved against that order so the team working on it has the full context.

Signed-in customers can follow progress in the dashboard. Anyone can use the order tracking page with the order number and the email address used at checkout.

Engagements are delivered remotely — nothing is shipped physically. Work is delivered into repositories, cloud accounts and tools you control, together with the handover material listed on the engagement page. The delivery & handover policy sets out the full terms.

Each engagement page states its timeline. The delivery policy explains when that timeline starts and what can pause it, such as waiting for access or information.

Cancellations & refunds

Yes. How much is refunded depends on how far the work has progressed when you cancel. The refunds & cancellation policy sets out each stage and what applies.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the request. The refund policy explains how requests are assessed and how long each step takes.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear also depends on your bank or UPI provider.

Security, data & support

Ownership of deliverables is set out in our Terms of Service. Wherever possible, repositories, cloud accounts and licences are set up under your own organisation.

We ask only for the access an engagement needs, and we recommend granting it through your own accounts and single sign-on where available so you can review and revoke it at any time.

We use the details you provide to process orders, deliver engagements and respond to enquiries. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. If you are not satisfied, the grievance redressal page lists the Grievance Officer’s details and the process.
