What this engagement delivers

A small group of well-chosen users will reveal most of the serious usability problems. We recruit participants who match your audience, set realistic tasks on your live product and observe without intervening. Each finding is ranked by how many participants encountered it and how severely it blocked them, and each is supported by a video clip. Recorded evidence resolves debates about a confusing screen far faster than opinion.
