What this engagement delivers

Checkout abandonment in India is often driven by the flow rather than the price: a UPI intent that never returns, a form requesting a landline, or an error that does not say what went wrong. We instrument your existing checkout, identify where people leave and redesign the flow around how Indian buyers pay, with UPI first. Failure and retry states are designed explicitly, so a payment that fails once does not cost you the order.
